These terms govern your use of Bond™. By using the app or this website, you agree to them. We've kept them readable — but they are the binding agreement between you and Bond™.
1. What Bond is
Bond is a dog training and behavioural guidance platform. Our content is based on positive reinforcement (R+) methodology and peer-reviewed behavioural science. Bond is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical or clinical diagnoses. For health concerns, aggression, or serious behavioural issues, always consult a licensed veterinarian or certified professional dog trainer.
2. Bond Insights™
Bond Insights™ is a behavioural analysis tool designed to help you understand your dog's emotional state. It is not a medical diagnosis, veterinary advice, or a substitute for professional consultation. The feature is currently in preview — see our Bond Insights™ Disclaimer for full details on its status and limitations.
3. Acceptable use
Bond is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the app, this website, or their content. Bond's breed intelligence data and training modules are proprietary and protected.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. You can cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. Bond Premium features are available only while a subscription is active. We do not use countdown timers, fake urgency, or retention guilt screens.
5. Limitation of liability
Bond provides training guidance, not guarantees. Results vary by dog, owner consistency, and individual circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond is not liable for any injury, behavioural outcome, property damage, or loss arising from use of the app, this website, or their content. You are responsible for the safe handling of your dog at all times.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you of material changes within the app or by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
